nursemarti 1 Posted May 27, 2012 It's wondering what different docs recommend. Mine says 7-8 weeks. I so miss my chicken breast. I was a healthy eater prior to Lapband surgery just didn't control portions well and was always hungry. I ate a lot of raw veggies and fresh fruit. FLHgal 68 Posted May 27, 2012 I still can't eat chicken breast, I can eat canned chicken if I add cottage cheese or FF mayo.< /p> I would love a few bites of chicken with lemon pepper...oh well. I can eat small bites of steak or pork chop,,,but no roast beef or ham.. who knows why. We all are different and will find what works for us.
