Txblue_eyedqt 0 Posted March 6, 2006 Hello all, I have a couple of questions and help would be greatly appreciated.....I see a lot of people do the whey Protein as a drink but is there anything out there you can "sprinkle" or add to your normal food to help give you extra protein...some days i cant eat a lot of meat or any meat at that....so just curious....
