twi 40 Posted May 25, 2012 Put in blender 1 cup almond milk 1 cup Greek yogurt 2 tbs PB2 or Peanut Butter ( increases fat and cals) 1 med banana then fill blender with 2 cups or more if you like at 12 cals a cup of fresh baby spinach. Blend to liquid. Cals are 350ish 21 grams Protein over 100 0/0 of vit A rich in Iron , Calcium , potassium and so much more. TracieCat 8 Posted May 26, 2012 Ah... Like the sound of that shake! I am one who is still permitted shakes by my surgeon as a way to keep my Protein levels higher.
