I wanted to know why is it so important that we not drink and eat at the same time...I have come to find that is very difficult sitution. To wait and hour before i can have any fluids.. Can someone please shed light ontlo this issue for me???????

One of the toughest things I'm dealing with right now. I ALWAYS have tea or Water during my meals.

NOT anymore :(
