What's a good sf gum?

_{I love Ice Cubes (peppermint) by Ice Breakers. I don't really think gum is recommended though. I haven't had a fill yet, but once I do I will be giving it up. I can only imagine how bad it would be to accidentally swallow it once I have restriction!!!!}

_{You're right, it's not recommended. I'm being very careful plus I've never swallowed gum but it'll be just my luck. I'll probably switch to sf peppermints but gum has been my long time friend}

_{I noticed almost all gum is sugar free but my nutritionist gave me a list and it said anything with mannitol, xylitol or anything ending with "ol" or "ose" be cautious. I think they just fear us swallowing it.}

My doc says no gum as well and I miss it. I'm sure they dont want us swallowing it but anything ending in the ol WILL give you gas. Plus the air you suck in with it the same as drinking out of a straw.
