i statrted my pre op diet friday............i am on day 3....keep in touch and let me know how are you are doing..........

I wish both of you the best!!! Go ahead and get ur ideas together for your 2 weeks of liquids, soft, pureed, etc. And stay away from potatoes during the soft food stage they r high Carb and do not help in weights in the long term.
