♥LovetheNewMe♥ 1,216 Posted May 18, 2012 Yes, I did and still do when I want it to be thick and extra cold, you can also add Peanut Butter, berries and sugar free syrups to change up the flavors. I use peanut butter powder which is lower in fat and calories than regular peanut butter. I love vanilla Protein Powder, peanut butter and sugar free salted carmel Syrup. Tastes like a milkshake to me that is good for me.

Jackie's girl 32 Posted May 18, 2012 Pb what a great idea. I also froze juice cubes and blend those in as well. Everyone raved about the Unjury powder, but I think it is gross. Everyone's palate is different. I had Greek yogurt yesterday which had chunks that I blended. I ate it really slowly though. I did the same with broccoli Soup today and I added melted cheese for protien. Ate that extra extra slow. I had a cup of it over 45 minutes, but then did not want anything else for hours. Just Water. It is kind of fun to experiment, but sort of scary too.
Sojourner 2,446 Posted May 19, 2012 Does anyone know if you can blend ice into your Protein drinks after surgery? Yes, you can. It would depend on whether or not you needed the extra Protein provided by milk to meet your daily protein goals. When I was on my pre and post op diet, I needed the extra protein from the milk. I have made my shakes with ice or milk, either way is good for me, but the ice definitely makes it thick and more like a "shake".
