In August 2010 on the day of my surgery I was turned away due to a positive pregnancy test. Well yesterday I did it, finally had my lapband put in and honestly I could not be more THRILLED. Surprisingly I am not as sore as I thought I would have been.

Welcome to the world of banded ones! I am a week out today and was barely sore. I had it easier than most. I only used my pain meds the first night and no gas pain. You'll do GREAT!
