Ok so I haven't had my first fill yet not till June 7th. I do so good all day but at night I'm so hungry. I have tried having a snack but that still doesn't help. What can I do?

try saving a few calories for an evening snack. Keep busy so you don't think of eating. Drink more Water. Just a few suggestions.

You an try saving some calories for a snack as mentioned above. I would make that snack Protein based chicken breast plain (maybe mustard), or low fat cheese stick. If you are going to have carbs make them a plain veggie. Look for Mini Sweet Peppers in the produce department. I just eat them buy hand and don't bother cutting them up (great price at Costco).

I've also heard people talk about having a Protein Shake in the evening, frozen a bit more and it gets them through longer... (i'm still in the pre-op stage so my help is limited). Good Luck!

I'm not trying to be a negative Nancy but im always going to bed hungry. I got my first fill this week and there's just not a whole lot of restriction in the evening. It stinks. i do eat a high Protein snack before bed but it's a tiny thing compared to the bag of microwave popcorn I ate before bed just a month ago.. So I'm wondering if part of my issue is head hunger? or

This might just be part of "bandster hell"?

A snack is a good idea. I eat1/4c nuts and find them very satisfying. I measure because they are very calorie dense and have significant fat. Low carb though.

Thanks everyone. I'm still in the mushy part of the diet so I try a ff string cheeses. Maybe I should try a Protein Shake. Before the band I used to eat the most at night so I think that's why I want to eat.
