honk 780 Posted May 17, 2012 You an try saving some calories for a snack as mentioned above. I would make that snack Protein based chicken breast plain (maybe mustard), or low fat cheese stick. If you are going to have carbs make them a plain veggie. Look for Mini Sweet Peppers in the produce department. I just eat them buy hand and don't bother cutting them up (great price at Costco). Jepegurl 23 Posted May 17, 2012 I'm not trying to be a negative Nancy but im always going to bed hungry. I got my first fill this week and there's just not a whole lot of restriction in the evening. It stinks. i do eat a high Protein snack before bed but it's a tiny thing compared to the bag of microwave popcorn I ate before bed just a month ago..
