Good Morning!

I feel really good since my fill Thursday a.m. Getting back on the wagon is getting there. Yes day I did a lot better.

Breakfast Silk light chocolate milk and oatmeal

lunch Tomato basil Soup

dinner turkey burger and cottage cheese

@Lose_It your menu today sounds so yummy. I have the groceries to make turkey burgers and oatmeal too but I have the hardest thing getting through all my groceries w/ the bandster portions lol. Anyways proud of you for working hard to get back on track. You can do this!

Today went ok for me. I felt hungry a lot of the day though. Went out for dinner for friends bridal shower but barely ate. I still struggle with anxiety and finding easy to eat foods at restaurants.

Breakfast - 5oz vanilla yogurt

lunch - 1/2c apple walnut salad w/ grilled chicken, 1 strawberry, 5 unsalted almonds

snack - 6oz yogurt

dinner - 1/2 of a chicken enchilada, 1 tortilla chip, 1tbsp guacamole

4oz apple juice

Water

6oz tea

8oz milk

Exercise - 32 min elliptical

Thank you Daisy and its hard for me also when we've out to eat! I try to eat one thing that I love to eat and not over do it or order off the kids menu!

Yesterday breakfast I absolutely can not remember!!!!!!!!! Lol

I try to do that but have a hard time enjoying treats guilt free. Ive been craving apple pie or apple crisp w/ ice cream like CRAZY! Going to have it next weekend.

Today wasn't too exciting.. Didn't really cook lol

Breakfast - 6oz yogurt, 5 almonds

lunch - 1/3c scrambled eggbeaters with 1 tsp fat free cheddar, 1/3c baked Beans, 1/3 wheat pita

snack - 8oz milk, tea

dinner - 5oz vanilla yogurt, 6 almonds, 2 strawberries

Exercise - 30min Wii fit

Happy Monday everyone.

I got a Polar heart rate monitor today in hopes of maximizing my work outs. Used it tonight for my cardio and I love it. It's a bit pricey, but good quality.

Breakfast - 6oz yogurt

lunch - 3/4 ranchera beef lean cuisine

dinner - 1 medium wheat pita with 1/3c Boca crumbles, 2tbsp Tomato sauce, 1 strawberry

snack - 5oz Vanilla yogurt with 1 sliced strawberry and 8 blueberries, 5 almonds unsalted

8oz skim milk

Water

Hot tea

8oz fat free hot chocolate

Exercise - 30 min elliptical

Sorry I didn't post yesterday I couldn't seem to get logged in on my phone and when I get home its the very last thing I think about before I crash. So this morning I'm back I was able to log in ???Å  The job transfer seems to be working out Amazing!!!

Thts great about your job! You are full from just soy milk at breakfast?

Breakfast - 1/2c yogurt

lunch - 1/2c baby spinach salad with almonds, craisins, 2 tbsp fat free raspberry vinegrette. 1/2c yogurt.

snack - 1/2 pita, 1 tbsp PB with sliced banana

dinner - 2/3 lean cuisine, 2tbsp salsa, 1/2 banana

8oz fat free hot chocolate

2 8oz servings skim milk

Water

Hot tea

Exercise - 1 hour zumba class

I feel like I are a lot today. But I did well on exercise so I am not too worried. Will do better w/ Protein tomorrow.

I usually am fine with soy milk for a couple days after I get filled its a 12oz cup so I get plenty I drink it on my way to work. But I am still trying to determine if I am too tight I told my husband some days things go down fine and others it does not. Yesterday day was fine then We went to my in laws for out annual close to halloween night (where we meet family and eat chili after the kids trick or treat) and th chili didn't seem to want to go down! I don't know if it was because if it was hamburger and I do not normally eat red meat anymore or wht happened. I'm going to give it until Tuesday and se how things go.

Breakfast Naked fruit smoothie & cup of chia tea

lunch Snacked on crackers( took my lunch to go to boys school for Halloween parade)

dinner wouldn't go down

Two fun size kit jars earlier in the day

Excersise walk! walk!! walking!!! with boys and dog while trick or treating but it was really fun

@Lose_It Based on what you ate today and what you said, it seems like you may be a bit too tight. But then again, some people say it is trial and error the first few weeks after a fill. Not just with the foods you are eating, but smaller bites and eating even slower. Chili has always been a go-to food for me but it does fill me up very quickly (and I only have 1cc in my band)! Keep us posted on it. Also super proud of you for getting that walk in! you look fabulous in your picture.

Breakfast - 5oz yogurt

lunch - 1/2 wheat pita with 1tbsp reduced fat PB, 4oz yogurt, about 8 blueberries

dinner - 2/3c caesar salad light kit, 2oz grilled chicken breast

snack - 5oz vanilla yogurt, 5 unsalted almonds, 1 strawberriy sliced (about to have it now)

liquids - Water, 8oz tea, 8oz skim milk

Exercise - 30 min elliptical, 15 min weights

Yes Miss Daisy you are right!!! I'm going to my dr on Tuesday to have some Fluid taking out of my band!!! I still want to be able to enjoy food and this is too tight for this gal!!! This last fill just put me a touch too tight!!

I'm not even going to post my meals until I get Fluid taken out and it's real meals what I'm eating now it whatever I can get down. But I do think its weird that somedays I have no problem eating then others I have trouble.

That is so odd!! For me, the week near my period i am very tight in the mornings. Otherwise, not many issues. I think you'll feel a lot better once you get some Fluid out. :)

Tomorrow is treat day. Having tortilla Soup then cookie with ice cream for dessert. just have to make sure to get solid 45 min of cardio.

I am not a real happy camper since I just weighed myself and I have not lost anything in the past 5 days. Zilch! I haven't gained either.. But.... What gives? Any tips?

Breakfast - 5oz yogurt

Treats are good. We have to give ourself treats guilt free once in awhile otherwise your body craves it and that is when we Overdue it! Before I would way over do it and just eat eat eat but now I tell myself this is a snack for eating so food during the week. But if I had a bad week then no snack night!

Give yourself a couple more days to see you might be loosing inches not pounds. I know it's hard to do and it's hard when the scale is not moving but your getting your heart rate going!!

We lost a great man today in our family my husbands grandpa. So please bare with my post if I forget to one day

@Lose_It Very true... I am taking your advice to heart. My fear with treats is always that I WILL overdue it, but I see now I have more self control than I thought. And it's unrealistic to think with my lifestyle I will never ever have a piece of cake or a margarita again. But I got the band to help me controller portion and not overdue the way I used to.

I am sorry to hear about your hubby's grandfather. There is nothing harder than losing a loved one. I will include your family in my prayers tonight.

I think I did ok today.. Could've done better though.

Breakfast - 6oz Greek yogurt

lunch - did not have it.. Didn't have "breakfast" til 1pm. Bad I know.

dinner - 3/4c chicken tortilla Soup, 3 cool ranch Doritos

Dessert - 1 chocolate chip cookie, 1/4c fruit salad

Liquids - 8oz apple juice, 8oz skim milk, Water

Exercise - 35 min wii fit

Can anybody recommend a good Protein Bar?? Everything I see is higher in fat and cals than I'd like. I figure a bar would be a good breakfast or snack on the go.

Breakfast - 6oz greek yogurt

lunch - 1 cup Thai shrimp Soup, 1/2 a curry wonton

dinner - 4oz Greek yogurt w/ 1 sliced strawberry, 1 mini pita w/ PB

Liquids - 8oz skim milk, 16oz hot tea, Water

Exercise - none today

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
