I love that idea. How often do you do it? Once a week, once a month? Congrats on 40 lbs down!! Amazing.

Again feel pretty tight today and also bloated. meat not going down well. Little bit of port discomfort. Half a cup and I am stuffed, whereas two weeks ago I could eat over a cup. What gives? I haven't vomited and am still able to eat, just not much, and I do burp a lot.

Breakfast - 3oz kashi, 3oz skim milk

lunch - 4oz beef enchilada, 2 slices plantain

snack - tea, banana

dinner - vanilla Chobani, sliced berries

Exercise - 30 min cardio

Hello Ladies Sorry I have been MIA!! Between the free kids cuts at work, my kids heading back to school and building a house my life has been anything but slow and my poor diet habits have been showing!!!! I jumped on the scale yesterday and I gained big reality check slap in the face!! I gained 5 pounds!!! So today I started getting up early and working out. I need to be faithful to coming on here and sharing what I have ate and journal it also on my live strong

Breakfast oswald and yogurt

lunch spinach salad with tuna banana peppers onion and Tomato and gets cheese

snack shakeology

dinner peach turkey cutlet mashed cauliflower and stormed veggie

Sounds like you've been busy busy busy. A gain is always hard but now you know what you need to do to get back on track. I've noticed since I was sick last week I'm a little more lenient on myself, drinking a glass of juice every day. Nothing wrong with juice but with me it's a slippery slope. SO no more juice for me for a long time.

My port has been Soo sore today! I can feel it way more than I used to.. WTH?

Breakfast - 5oz Chobani

lunch - 2 carrot sticks, 1/2 Arnold's sandwich thin with 2 tbsp Peanut Butter

dinner - 3oz roast chicken breast, 2oz potato, 1oz Beans

snack - 8oz oj, 16oz hot tea, Water, 6oz vanilla Greek yogurt with sliced berries

No exercise today.

Breakfast - 4oz Fiber oatmeal, 2oz milk, 1 tbsp raisins

lunch - 1 jerk chicken Wing, 2oz rice, 4 slices plantain

snack - 6oz vanilla Greek yogurt, 1/8c granola, 1 sliced strawberry

dinner - 1 BBQ chicken leg, 1/4c baby spinach, 2 sliced Tomato with fat free balsamic

Tea

Water

Exercise - 20 min elliptical

Wow, p90x! I only tried it once...I give anyone who can get through that a ton of credit. Lol

Well ladies the head hunger has been torturing. I couldn't sleep last night just thinking about food. Mac and cheese, Mexican food, fries... Ugh!!!!

Breakfast - 6oz Chobani

lunch - mini wheat flax pita, 1/2 turkey burger with spinach, Tomato, ketchup and onion

dinner - 1/3 banana, Arnold's sandwich thin with Peanut Butter

snack - vanilla yogurt

Lol yes I have to say Natalie its not easy AT ALL!!! I am on day 4 yoga and I am SORE!!! But I made a promise to myself I would start my 30s healthy and trim. And my birthday is Dec 20 so I need to get my butt in gear!!!

Y last dr apt he didn't fill my band because I had a 10 pound loss which is great! I keep hoovering 206 and more the "Onederland" has been dangling in front of me for about a month or so.

Today's meals were not good at all I had time enough to eat on the go a yogurt bar for breakfast too busy at work I didn't eat lunch I'm headed home now to supper!

OMG, I can only imagine! You're going to hit 30 being healthier than you have ever been. I bet you will be in onederland at your next appointment. :) I can't wait to get there too.

Some good news.. I AM NOW DOWN 100 LBS!!!! That was a big goal of mine. YAY!!! I believe about 55 of those lbs have been after my surgery. If I can afford it, I am going to get professional pictures taken and also go on a shopping spree. I have an interview on Monday so thats an excuse.

Something I need to address with my doctor next month - I struggle to get even 900-1000 cals in in a day. Like today, I have had maybe 650 so I have to eat a yogurt and a banana late night just so I am not extremely low :-/ Am I supposed to be eating unhealthier food just to consume a higher amount of calories? I don't get it. Lately I find myself sleeping in very late, sometimes not having "breakfast" til noon, so that doesnt exactly help. I am glad I'll be temping soon so I will be on a schedule.

Breakfast - 5oz yogurt

lunch - 1 bbq chicken leg, 2 baby carrots

dinner - 6oz spicy beef chili with cheddar cheese on top

snack - tea, Water, vanilla greek yogurt and banana slices (will have this later)

WOOHOO NATALIE!!!!!! That's is amazing 100 lbs!!!! I can't wait until I hit that 100 lb loss!! You should treat yourself to something nice!

Thank you!! I am so excited and also anxious to keep losing. I found a photographer I love, she's a bit pricey so I am saving to get photos done to treat myself :)

Went to chocolate cocktail party today. Soo much chocolate and champagne. I think I did well avoiding overeating and alcohol. Stuck with one small piece of dessert and drank Water

I am low on groceries so thinking tomorrow I will treat myself (as long as I exercise) to macaroni and cheese or somethin at noodles and co. Been craving It.

Breakfast - 1 pita with Peanut Butter

lunch - 1 vanilla yogurt with fruit

dinner - 1/2c black bean Soup, 1/4c chicken mole

Dessert - 2 strawberries, 1 sliver of cheesecake

dinner - 1/3 small penne rosa and 1/3 parm crusted chicken breast.. leftovers

Went to the dr today because I have been STRUGGLING!!!!! I was there just two weeks ago but he didn't fill me because I had a 10 pound loss because life change with being so busy! Now that work is slowing down I've gained and have been starving. Long story short they filled me she told me I have very little in my band they have only been putting .5 in my band when I got my 2 previous fills so today she put a full 1cc and liquids for 2 days since there is more and to make sure I do okay with it and if any problems let her know ASAP so we shall see how this goes!!

      Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
      1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

        All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

      I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
