We'll be there for 3 days and 2night and I kno I'll need to eat but don't kno exactly what I should pack don't know if there will be refrigerators or microwaves there. lillieb53 5 Posted May 17, 2012 I've recently been turned on to canned sardines. They stink like heck but, taste kinda like canned tuna. The ones in Water are 75 calories, 17 grams of Protein and full of healthy Omega 3. Just put your own deli mustard or hot sauce on them....and take some ziplock bags to put the empty cans in so the bears won't sniff you out. LOL. Enjoy your niece and trip! 316 12 Posted May 17, 2012 One of my favorite meals lately is a hollowed out Tomato filled with tuna and dill pickle relish. Another staple of mine is a turkey wrap made with multigrain flatout bread. Both meals are low calorie, high proten and would travel well.
