I have to start early to get inall the Protein and Fluid. yeaterday I didn't get my 50 gm of protein in, I just couldnt get more fluid, it was about 40 I need to find something that has more protein per serving I guess. Feel a bit sore, think it is still tummy muscels, since I dry heaved so much. but no gas, I wrangled that out good LOL:roll: Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
stinaNYC 0 Posted March 4, 2006 Congrats on your band! I was banded earlier this month and I also had problems getting my Protein in. I went to GNC and got a Protein Shake mix...there's one called Nitro-Tech that has 20 g of Protein per scoop and only 100 calories (before the milk). It's whey protein, so it can be a tad heavy/thichk, so just dilute it with milk and ice cubes in your blender and it should be okay! ANd you're lucky about your gas!
