Hello everyone! You can purchase Biotin pills at any store, anywhere. Walgreens, CVS, Walmart, your local grocery store, etc.

Check with your pharmacist, or doctor first before taking them just to make sure they don't interact if you are taking any current meds or may have an ailment.

That is so fantastic for you. I am 8 months out and have lost 50 lbs. I have had a standstill for 3 months but my eating habits got kind of out of control.
