Do You All Notice The Inches Or Pounds More?

I am down to 192 from 223 and feel like I'm at a stand still but, also I feel like its better shaping, not pounds. Does that make sense?

im about the same size as you, i started at 225 last Dec, now im down to 189. ( i'm 5'3) .I noticed my pants were loose first, then the scale started moving down. I carry most of my weight in my mid section so when my pants started falling down it really was apparent to others.
