I have a card, but I never use it when I eat out. I avoid true fast food places all together and when we go any place else, I usually go online and look at their menu to see what if anything I can eat before hand. Normally I just order off the lower cal menu if they have one and take a goody box home for another meal. That way I feel like I get my moneys worth and 1 less meal to plan out.

Thanks everybody. I found the spot on lapband.com, but needed a code from my doctor I didn't have. So I just called my surgeon office, they said they would give me one at my next fill, and they did. I haven't used it yet, but it's nice to have it.

Many resturants dont honor the card even if you have it...

I always just have a bite or two of whatever meat my husband gets and then I order a side item of my own like a side salad or apple sauce or a veggie
