yes...it sounds like you are..please call your doctor's office. you dont want to become dehydrated. it's normal to be tight after a fill, but you should be able to get liquids down no matter what. please keep us posted.

I had a fill recently and i can only get a sip or two of Water down in the morning...it get's better later in the day, should I have some Fluid let out. I have suffered some reflux and can only eat some foods right now.

actually i had all my Fluid out in January and just had about 2.5 cc put back in due to my reflux issues...the reflux settled down until I had some fluid put back in, but really 2.5 is that too much already>>>> frustrated...

You may be someone who needs very little in your band...unfortunatley I'm not...lol..I do know the closer you are to the green zone even the tinyest adjustment can make a huge difference.

Don't hesitate to go in. I had several fills that put me over the edge. Each time I waited for days, thinking it was swelling and once it settled down I would be in a good place-wrong. After the unfill I had decent restriction. Hope you feel better soon.

Just been waiting until time for my consult with my bariatric surgeon. It's scheduled for Jan 9th. Turns out I won't actually be seeing him. Apparently it'll be with his P.A.             Not sure what to expect. I thought this is where the surgeon would discuss the best surgery option for me. For years I had my heart set on the sleeve, but I've read so many people have issues with reflux - even if they've never had it before - that they've had to be revised to the bypass. I already deal with GERD & take 40 mg of Omeprazole daily, so I started studying about bypass and honestly, it seems like it might be the better choice for me. How can we discuss surgery options if the surgeon is not there?
What happened at your first consult? Trying to get an idea of what to expect, or maybe I should say, what NOT to expect.
