How are you all moving out there? I went for a walk today, it made me feel much more positive and energetic. :clap2: OK I'll shut up! I am pre op and would like to hear how you are all moving our bodies. Is it easier with less weight? Is it impossible if you are in the liquid phase? Tell me your story.
