JackMelf 0 Posted May 3, 2012 A fairly easy strategy for you regarding how to be fit. You'll need a simple one - walking. It's not as intense as other kinds of workout, for example tennis or jogging, and you will enjoy obvious advantages, whether or not you are a senior or a youngster. You will get more peaceful sleep, even when you have in the past had sleep problems. You will as well experience a discharge of stress and worry and a sense of your overall wellness. B-52 7,113 Posted May 3, 2012 Have to start somewhere....the more you do, the more successful you will become and the better you will feel....wanting you to do even more to be more successful and feel even better about yourself...then you become hooked to the point that if you miss a day, you feel like there's a hole. It's called addiction..and it's a good one to have.
