OK this may sound gross but I would like to know! The last few days I have noticed after a BM that there is bright Red Blood on the TP. I suppose it is probably Hemroids but was wondering if this could be a indicator of band slipage?

Probably not. But it never hurts to ask your doctor...thats what we pay them for. More likely you may be a little constipated...if you are try adding some metimucil clean and clear to your diet or something similar..With Protein first....fiber(veggies) often get pushed aside.

No, because if there was a slippage severe enough to cause internal bleeding, it would be dark brown and tarry by the time it passed through the digestive system. The fact it's bright red means it's new blood, which means the source is closer to the end of your digestive trail. (likely anus, possibly colon)

Internal bleeding usually looks like coffee grounds so I would bet it is a hemmorhoid, a rash, or a little skin tear from wiping. Constipation is a problem for most at some point. I use Miralax and it is very easy on your tummy.
