Im Down 51 Lbs

I was banded Dec 19th 2011 and I am currently down 51 lbs. Its been good so far. I had one Major time of food getting stuck and that was last weds. That hurt so bad. But other than that I have been doing good. Its funny how I dont crave a lot of the foods I loved before surgery. I just know those foods are bad news and they probally will hurt. I love my band. I so hope at one year out I will have lost 100 lbs but I am just taking it one day at a time!!!!!!

Congrats on your weight loss! I'm sure you'll lose 100lbs within the first year. Within my first year I lost about 120 and that's without much willpower at all lol. Good luck!

Thank you every one. Its hard work to stay on track and eat the right foods sometimes. But eating the right ones you get to your goals. I reached my first goal and now my next is 75 lbs! I know I can reach it!
