wannabelean 0 Posted March 1, 2006 Hello friends, I am trying to plan my fill with Dr. Huacuz, but I am curious as to whether or not I can make it to Tijuana and back before 3:00pm in the afternoon. I live in Orange County and travel time to the San Diego airport would take me an hour and a half. My only concern is getting back and forth across the border. It is just so unpredictable.
