healthy and happy 64 Posted April 28, 2012 I just got over a stomach virus and threw up many times. It was the first time I have thrown up since I got banded which was 8 months ago. That was my biggest fear after being banded. How would it feel when I throw up. Actually I really didnt notice much difference than the way it felt before. I did call my doc and he simply suggested I take some immodium and be carefull of eating afterwards for a few days as the throwing up can cause it to tighten up.
