Blank 3 Posted April 28, 2012 I have been banded for for 16 months and am down 86lbs. I began P90X and was doing well. Over the last few months I have gotten complacent and have gained 11lbs. I now realize that even with the band you must continue to maintain the success you received. I have read through several of the threads.
