I had my surgery on the 16 of this month and I had lost 15 lbs before surgery and today was my first doc app and I lost 15 more lbs with a total of 30 for one month I know it's going to get harder from here but I'm so focus right now thank God for everything

Congrats! That's a great start. I was banded two days after you were and I'm lead to believe the worst is behind us. (usually)

Day by day, we will get to where we want to be with hard work and perseverance. You're doing great!
