This is a fabulous support a d information site. We can do this together. I was banded march 9th and am down 15lbs since surger 25 from preop diet. I need to start working out to help my weight loss. But as long as I keep losing I'm happy. D Sent from my iPhone using LapBandTalk

be4chbm 2 Posted April 26, 2012 Thanks for the welcome notes So I had an interesting day yesterday - I was hungry all day long and I felt like I could have just carried on eating - I am sure it was a mix of emotional hunger and physical hunger but my goodness it was a tough day. The good news is that I didn't slip from my eating plan, and today, I feel "back to normal" in that I ate my regular Breakfast of oatmeal (as I did yesterday) and I feel full and satisfied. So... I am wondering does this indicate that I need a fill OR is this something that happens to you from time to time? Interestingly, I have noticed a pattern (its happened three weeks in a row according to journal) that when I have a day where I could eat a horse, literally, the next day I drop 2lbs on the scale.. weird eh!
