Hey, Charda....Don't fret I only lost 8 pounds on my liquid diet. It was 64 oz clear and 64 ounces of full liquids for two weeks. Did you doctor give you a plan?

i only loss 13 pounds on my liquid diet...mine was mostly Water, juice(not much), Jello, chicken broth, SF popcicles. be patient with your body it's probably freaking out cuz it thinks you're starving it. best wishes on your journey.
