Recommended Posts

Ok, I loooove cheesecake and came up w/an amazing version:

Fat free ricotta cheese, a couple drops of flavored extract such as almond, coconut (is my favorite tastes absolutely amazing) banana, maple, or good ol' fashion vanilla. Sweeten to taste w/some spenda or equal, mix, and OMG it's heaven!!!!!!

I was thinking to even add some sliced almonds???

Mis73.... I eat 1/2 cup at a time...as a dessert. It's approx 80 calories.

Sooooo good!! Sure beats a 500 calorie-a-slice from the Cheesecake factory!!

Judy...

Its funny but the recipe for this "mock" cheesecake is super simple! The 3 ingredients: Ff ricotta, extract of choice (coconut is my fave)

and sweetener of choice. Soooooo good.

Just mix, and enjoy.
