JennyBee 340 Posted April 24, 2012 Ok, I loooove cheesecake and came up w/an amazing version: Fat free ricotta cheese, a couple drops of flavored extract such as almond, coconut (is my favorite tastes absolutely amazing) banana, maple, or good ol' fashion vanilla.
