DELETE THIS ACCOUNT! 12,703 Posted April 24, 2012 Dole makes a cinnamon apple crisp cup (they come in a 2 pack) that is amazing. I put it in the microwave for 30 seconds and it's like eating apple pie without the guilt. Skinny Cow also makes some great frozen treats, like carmel ice cream bars with chocolate drizzle for only 100 calories each. They also make little packets of candies and Cookies for 100 calories a packet. When I know I'm going to cheat if I don't ease my sweet tooth, it's one of these Skinny Cow products I go for. Also, Jello makes some really great sugar free pudding.

honk 780 Posted April 26, 2012 I don't keep anything in my house too much of a temptation. My doctor says if you eat it every day for a week you've created a food habit; that you will eat everyday at that time whether you are hungry or not. Unlike some doctors however mine does not have a problem with plain fruit so I do have one for lunch and dinner. One thing I do on occation is go to costco and have a sample or two. They only give you half a bite so it's not like you're getting a large serving. Helps me with cravings.
tym4me 206 Posted April 26, 2012 Honk: i agree with the food habit idea your doctor said. I work from 5-1:30 an in the past 1:30 always meant lunch but lately i notice when i get home im truly not hungry but since it was something i have always done i was just doing it out of habit an head hunger not real hunger. Time to retrain myself
