DELETE THIS ACCOUNT! 12,703 Posted April 23, 2012 Something I'm finding is that we have to often play with our diets to figure out what works best for our bodies. I was only eating 1000 calories a day and my weight loss started to slow. I increased my calories to 1100-1200 a day and lost over 20 pounds this past month. Obviously my body needed more calories to kick-start my metabolism into working. Believe it or not, a slight increase in good carbs can help sometimes too. When I say good carbs, I mean whole grain. Nothing white, bleached, or with the word "enriched" in the description. I'd try adjusting your diet a little, see what happens. It's all a learning process.
