It was like a crusted parmesean topping with the spaghetti squash and something else as the bottom layer. OMG it was fantastic, if I didn't despise my ex-bf I'd totally hit him up for the recipe. I would use cracker crumbs instead of bread cubes though, might lower the calories as well.
