Kami76065 19 Posted April 22, 2012 I am 4 days post op. Still on the liquid diet. Should be progressing to full liquids now. So, I bought some creamy chicken Soup and ready to have some, but .... Since it's liquid anyway, do I need to stop my Water 30 min before I have some? Or as long as it's all liquid, it doesn't matter? thoughts?
NWgirl 574 Posted April 22, 2012 For the first few stages (liquids, full liquids, mushies) it doesn't matter because those things go right through the band. When you get to normal foods, you will need to practice not drinking before or after.
