new beginnings03 9 Posted April 20, 2012 So I am 8 days post op and started my Vitamins. I have bought the chewable from costco the children ones and they are ok but they didn't have Iron in them so I had to go out and get the Centrum chewable ones and let me just say this GROSS YUCK EWWW!!! These things taste absolutely terrible. Does anyone know of better ones that have Iron in them... Thanks

AlishaK 5 Posted April 20, 2012 You can also try wellesse.com. They sell liquid vitamins for bariatric patients. I am currently taking them and they don't taste bad at all. I tried the Bariatric Advantage vita band and they were horrible tasting. I cringed every time it was time to take them.
magicfanpjc 8 Posted April 22, 2012 My surgeon had me get mine from bariatricadvantage.com. The Vitamins are okay, but the Calcium are very powdery and make me cough, even in small bites.
SashaWLS 412 Posted April 22, 2012 My doc said it's ok to take Flintstones Complete... So I use that... Haven't chosen a Calcium chewie yet, but I'm happy with the multivitamin...
