pugmum 0 Posted February 28, 2006 Normally, I'm not into artificial sweetners, but I spotted this new product at the store today that is called: Eat Well, Be Well, sugar-free, no sugar alcohols, diabetic friendly chocolate bar. So I bought it thinking it will probably be like eating cardboard, but it's good! It's definitely a dark chocolate taste and I like it. Just thought I would share for any trying to curb that sweet tooth. Kelli

StrawartS 2 Posted March 1, 2006 I posted this trick on another thread, but I also eat a small piece of dark chocolate when I get a craving. I get the tiny bars like Hershey's Special Dark or Ghiradelli Squares, and one or two is all I need. I read somewhere that milk chocolate has an opioid-like chemical structure, which just makes you want it more. Dark chocolate cuts my cravings, and it doesn't take two pounds to do so! pugmum 0 Posted March 2, 2006 That makes complete sense because the dark chocolate does not leaving me wanting for more...and more... Thanks! Kelli
