Sunta 5 Posted March 1, 2006 Mmmmmm it might be my favorite food! I love eel, tuna, spicy tuna, salmon, all types of exotic rolls with divine things like tempura shrimp and avacado inside them. I LOVE the sticky rice and the nori. I LOVE sushi. I posted a thread awhile ago asking if I could still eat it after surgery and I am hoping I can! It so delicious! Alexandra 55 Posted March 1, 2006 Sunta, it's the sticky rice and nori that you might need to avoid. But the fish is good, and good for you!!
Tricia K. 0 Posted March 10, 2006 Prior to being banded, I loved going out for sushi...so, after being banded in September 2005, I tried sushi today and had absolutely no problems!! I asked for a 1/3 of the rice and chewed and chewed and chewed. I'm a happy camper today! :biggrin1: I'll be back for more soon, I'm sure.
mafifi 0 Posted March 11, 2006 Hello all, I am considering the surgery. What happens if you crave food that is not on the list or go for sweets.
