Regarding gastric plication, plication, iband - since it is still clinical trial (investigational) so insurance will not pay for it, does that mean some doctors will do the whole procedure, including lap band part, for free??

My doctor said there would be no additional charge for the plication, but the lap band still had the normal charge.
