betheboo 40 Posted April 18, 2012 My secret... it's all about the FOOD! I exercise some don't get me wrong. Do I get to the gym faithfully every week? Nope! I do get out and do major yard work (digging holes ect.). When I do go to the gym I do about 10-15 min on the eliptical and a quick circut of weights. I occassionally go to an hour yoga class at a local spa. It's all about the food!!!!! I eat an ave of 600 calories per day. I'm big into my smoothies, I posted what I put in them on the nutrition board, b/c they fill me up with tons of nutrients, Fiber, metabolism boosting goodies I'm pretty tight right now and I'm planning on loosening my band when I hit goal so I can eat a lil more solids and hopefully maintain. I got a unfill in January and maintained for 6 weeks, but in hopes of loosing more weight I went in and got tightened back up. Thank you everyone for your encouraging words!
