I use an app called "Lose It" to track calories, Protein, fat, and carbs. This way I can be both be sure what I'm eating is a good choice as well as holds me accountable.

Also, 2 weeks without a lose isn't long. Plateaus are normal when losing weight.

Is that all you're eating all day? If so, you're definitely undereating and your metabolism is slowing as a result.

It's all about the food! I eat 600 cal a day on ave. I fo some exercise but not religiously by any means. For me it's always been food that was the major issue.

Yes, me too. Can you give me an example of what you eat in a day?

Well I generally make a smoothie with fruit, V8 fusion light, flax seed, greek yogurt, and green tea extract for my breakfast/lunch and I kinda nibble the remainder of my foods. They vary from lunch meat and cheese, cottage cheese, cooked veggies, string cheese, and popcorn. I don't really eat "a meal" persay. But I'm super tight. Plus I work night shift so my scheduel is super screwy for eating.

smoothies are a must for me though :) I'm guarenteed Protein, fruit, veggie, get good omega's from the flax, and metabolism boot from the green tea extract.
