hopeo71 22 Posted April 16, 2012 As I type this I'm drinking my first Protein Shake. Bought the Magic Bullet so I can make my shakes at work, and that little thing is great! I'm scheduled May 2 for the band and I'm starting to get nervous. Not so much about the surgery, but about failing. I didn't have to start my prep diet until Wednesday but im so scared about not losing 5lbs before my last dr appointment on 4/30. I have always had a large appetite and I'm nervous about being hungry while during this pre-op phase. I just have to try and stay focused. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
