Yesterday wasn't that bad I end up drinking 2 Protein Shakes, 2 Jello, a lil broth and I snacked on crackers. Let see how today goes I'm down 3lbs since Friday :) :)

I done 13 point since. Friday I only eat Protein Shake n wate n Some snake die tha all now food on my mouth
