Jen75 33 Posted April 16, 2012 I also use the premier Protein shakes... Lately, after some suggestion on here I am using those shakes and making smoothies. My favorite is: 1 chocolate shake (11oz) 1 banana 2tbsp of chunky Peanut Butter 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt A handful of ice Blend in a food processor or blender. Close to 40 grams of Protein if I don't share it!!
