Hey, how many of you have over 9 cc's in a 14cc band, and what is your restriction like?

i did and was too tight had to have some removed. Thats just me.

Yesterday. I had to have .5 ccs taken out. I was way too tight and lost l like 11 lbs in a week. I am back to 7.5 and I am good. I would nevet recommend staying tight. I thought I was dying really.

I have 9.5cc in my 14cc band. I am having a huge problem with phlegm. other than that i have good restriction and am happy with it.

I am at 9.75 as of Monday in my 14cc band. So far, not really noticing anything different. Kind of bummed actually. Still hope it kicks in over the next few days. However, after talking with some of the nurses in the practice, it seems a lot of the women usually find their green zone around 11. Men seem to be less, at least that what they have found.
