April 25Th Will Be 6 Months On The Dot From My Surgery, Down 143 Ponds!!!!!!

I am proud to say I have lost 143 pounds in the last 5.5 months, through militant excersize,weight training, dedication, and healthy eating. I started at 356, today I am 213. My finish goal is to weigh 180 pounds. My doctors have been great and I have stuck to their instructions to a T. I have a 10cc band that is at 5cc and I am just now starting to feel restriction, the hard part is coming to an end. It is very possible:)
