highland 168 Posted April 8, 2012 Congratulations! My best advice would be to follow your doctors orders!!! So mNy people seem to think they should "test" their band those first few weeks. It's best to take things slowly allowing your band to heal and settle in your stomach, then begin the journey of fills and losing the weight. dldickison 3 Posted April 9, 2012 Thank you, I am doing pretty well with the diet. Just started the mush diet today. Guess I will be here for a while. The only issues i am having is very loose stools and gas. Is this normal? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
