Can you cook a normal broth Soup and strain out the solids? I may try that this week. I get an almost normal dinner so I Soooo look forward to that after all this liquid and Jello. loreebyrd 5 Posted April 8, 2012 I made homemade chicken stock. Just drained it let it sit in the fridge overnight then skimmed the fat off. It tasted great. I feel so hungry I have surgery tomorrow and on my second day of Clear liquids. Except the most discussing thing. .. .... Milk of magnesia Two tsps required.
