ansoninc 16 Posted April 6, 2012 Has anyone had any experience with Smart Lipo? I still have about 30 pounds to go, but my arms are making me crazy. It seems that lipo may be easier then the other arm plastic surgery. I would appreciate any feedback anyone has. Thank you
Cyndie B 17 Posted April 6, 2012 I have the same exact problem! And I even have stretch marks on the back of my arms! I don't know that the Lipo would tighten up the under arm flab...I am just lifting weights and doing different exercises to tighten it up...we will see. If the weights and exercise doesn't work I may have to do the plastic surgery.
NWgirl 574 Posted April 6, 2012 Lipo just sucks the fat out, but doesn't do anything with the loose skin.
buttafly 9 Posted April 9, 2012 I've heard different takes on the smart, I would make sure to really do research on the doctor. There is a new procedure called Cool LaserLipo, better at tightening than smart Lipo. The cool technology tightens up the skin while the laser liquifies the fat for the body to dispose of. It keeps tightening for 6-12 months after so I don't have to wait unitl I am at my goal to have it done. Not to mention there's no hip to hip scar and pain associated with a Tummy Tuck. I am having this done tomorrow on my tummy and arm pits (yes, my armpits have excess skin) I have been impressed with all the before and after pics, the staff, dr and the patients I've talked to. If I am happy with the results, I will have my back fat done. I'll let you know how it goes!
ansoninc 16 Posted April 9, 2012 Thank you for the information. It seems there is constantley new procedure coming out. Please keep post your updates. BTW, i went to buy a new bra and discovered that the area I need to shave under my pits has gotten longer I didn't think your pits could sag also! I had to chuckle before I grumbled over it. Thanks a lot and good luck with your procedure. DA
