HICK CHICK '99 2 Posted April 5, 2012 I was banded march 9th & I recently joined the gym with my mom. (I hate to work out) my mom is my motivator. I am so sore. DetChatt 188 Posted April 5, 2012 Just take it easy and don't overdo it. My secret is to do the exercises you DO like and focus on those. If you do things you hate, you won't have any motivation.
