I was banded march 9th & I recently joined the gym with my mom. (I hate to work out) my mom is my motivator. I am so sore. I really need encouragement to keep going. I have lost 20#'s since my surgery & go for my 1st fill April 17th.

Just make sure you have your doc's approval before you start working out hard as you're only a month out! Your fill is soon, that will probably make a big difference!

Just consult doctor and gain his approval then you can continue whatever you want .

Just take it easy and don't overdo it. My secret is to do the exercises you DO like and focus on those. If you do things you hate, you won't have any motivation. It does get easier with time, so hang in there. Good luck to you !!
