Regnu 9 Posted April 3, 2012 Does anyone have an oscillating vibration exercise machine. We bought one before the band and I am afraid to use it thinking it might cause the band to move. The machine shakes and vibrates your entire body which is supposed to be good for your bone density, circulation and toning.
DonnaMP 13 Posted April 3, 2012 Your band is sewn to muscles
Jenn1214 120 Posted April 3, 2012 I would ask your surgeon, but your band is stitched to your stomach so I don't think it will be a problem.
bambam31 168 Posted April 15, 2012 Probably not a problem - but certainly a waste of time and money IMO... Nothing replaces true exercise... 1 TanyainNY reacted to this

I wes banded June 8 and was just thinking if 4 weeks out was too soon. Let's keep in touch I'm gonna try it today thinking about using a chair to start out with any thoughts? I bought it to increase my bone density and circulation. Sent from my iPad using LapBandTalk
