Vacation really distroyed my ambition.

I can not seem to get back on track. I have restriction, but since I arrived home I can not seem to STOP GRAZING.

Need someone or something to kick me in the butt.

Anyone???

Maybe go back to liquids for a day or two so you kick your system. Your picture looks great, are you at goal?!

I would do the 5 Day Pouch Test. It's a great way to get your head back into it and kinda "start over". http://www.5daypouchtest.com/

Also, then you can maybe get an idea if you need a fill, too.

Thank you. No, I am not at goal, yet. Still have 10 more to go. Of course vacation and Easter did not help.

Started out at 255 and now at 183. And holding for the past few months.

I will try the 5 day pouch test. Thank you. I have also only had liquids today.
